After rapid progression soured the playerbase, the start date of season 3 for Wardogs has been brought forward.
Sam Chandler October 25, 2026 8:45 PM Bulkhead 1The start date for Wardogs Season 3 has been announced. After the negative reception to the progression speed for Season 2, Bulkhead has made the decision to bring forward the start date of the next season.
When does Wardogs Season 3 start?
Wardogs Season 3 starts on November 12, 2026, according to a comment made by Bulkhead CEO Joe Brammers on Steam. According to Brammers, the team has made the decision to bring the Season 3 release day forward to “give everyone a proper fresh start.” The reason this has been needed is thanks, in part, to the accelerated progression of Season 2.
Brammers notes that some players were able to reach “Tier 4 armour and MBTs within days, so the wipe never really landed.” Players have voiced their concerns with the speed of the new season, which made it feel as though the wipe never took place, as those who were able to pour dozens of hours in were quickly rewarded with late-game gear.
Given the nature of Wardogs, in that weapons and gear is locked behind progress, there will always be players who have access to gear which is much more advanced. Brammers notes that the team doesn’t have an answer to share.
With all that said, with the wipe brought forward, this will make Season 2 less than a month long. Wardogs Season 3 will be here shortly, so get in and earn some money for those gold bars! Check out our Wardogs page for more info.
